Shipping and Delivery Process: Checkout, Processing, Packing, Shipping and Delivery


-Where can I track my item(s)
You can track you order on the Track Order page.

Alternatively, Contact Us and we will send you your tracking status - don't forget to include your order # that sent to you via email.

-How can I find my tracking number? 
Your tracking number is provided in your confirmation email that is sent to your email after you have completed your purchase by clicking the "View My Order" button.

-I did not receive a tracking number
You will be sent a tracking number as soon as our supplier confirms the order - this may take anywhere from 1 to 3 days, or even 5 to 7 days in some cases.

We do our best to get your order out within 48-72 hours of receipt. All packages are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping times vary according to distances of final destination.

-Tracking Numbers
You should receive a follow up email after you order with a tracking number. If you for some reason do not receive it, kindly email us and we will be happy to send it to you.

If your package did not arrive but your tracking number has confirmed delivery then we will have our shipping center open a service ticket with our shipping provider to investigate. Our shipping provider will be contacting you to ask questions about how mail gets delivered, if anyone else in the household might have received the package, etc. This process can take one week to a month. If our provider deems the package lost or stolen, then a separate claim will be made.

Please note that if tracking indicates it has been delivered and our shipping provider cannot resolve the issue then we are not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages.

-What happens if my package says it was delivered to my address but I can't find it?
If the tracking says that the package was delivered you should reach out to the carrier for assistance.

-Why have I not received my item(s)?
Shipping may take anywhere between 14-30 days due to high demand.

**The Item Guarantee Period lasts 30 business days and the buyer is eligible for a reshipment of order made should they have yet to receive anything by then.

Free shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates*:

United States 7-35 Business Days
Canada, Europe 7-35 Business Days
Australia, New Zealand 7-35 Business Days
Mexico, Central America, South America 14-42 Business Days
Rest of the world 14-42 Business Days

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.

Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:

- Billing and shipping addresses do not match.

- High order quantity season.

- Order is pending credit approval and verification by credit company.

- The product is currently out of stock.

- Order requires customization.

- Order is shipped to remote country further from shipping warehouses.

- Order requires additional security verification.

-What happens if my package says it was delivered to my address but I can't find it?
If the tracking says that the package was delivered you should reach out to the carrier for assistance.

-Who delivers my item(s)?
Your items are delivered by our fulfillment center and will usually reach you via your local postal service in your location.

-What time are deliveries usually made?
Items are delivered depending on the local postal system and are usually during business hours. (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm)

-Where do you ship from?
We currently ship from our warehouse from U.S.A and China hence why sometimes our items take a little longer to reach you!

-I messed up my delivery address, what do I do?
Not to worry, as long as you reach out to us immediately regarding the error in your address, we would be more than happy to change it for you. Just email us your full, correct address along with your order number and we would update your details for you.

*If it has been more than 24 hours your order most likely has shipped, we do not accept changes to our orders after 24 hours of order being placed.

-What about my billing address?
Billing addresses are currently non-editable to prevent and minimize fraud from happening.

Please note that all details entered and submitted to us are final.

-Change of address after receiving confirmation of shipping
Under our terms & conditions, once an order has been sent out from our warehouse, any changes to the order cannot be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
