Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
-I don’t like my item, can I return it?
Yes, returns are accepted as long as they do not exceed 10 days of the buyer receiving the item.
We accept return on original priced items, cover is covered by customer we do not offer free returns. If available, we do NOT accept returns on any pillows due to them being custom made on the spot for each customer.
For your convenience, we may choose to offer you a refund of 30% of the product value in exchange for the product to stay with you. This way, you avoid possible shipping costs and also save you valuable time. Delivery fees (such as DHL Express fees and others) are not eligible for refunds.
Late returns shipped beyond 10 days from delivery date will not be collected and will return back to you.
Refunds & Cancellations
-What is your refund policy?
All items bought may be returned and/or refunded by the buyer, subjected to the discretion and approval, given the following conditions:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:
Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing us with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we don't cover custom fees for returns).
Upon the receipt of your package your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
-Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Late or Missing Refund (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
-How long does refunds take?
Refunds may take up to 10 working days, depending on the system you used to pay with.
-I still have yet to receive my refund?
Please notify us immediately via email should you have not receive it after 21 working days and we would help sort something out for you.
-I have changed my mind about my item, what do I do?
If you have changed your mind about your order, please email us ASAP to change the order and we will help sort something out. Please note that any order changes will need to be done within 2 hours of the initial purchase.
-Can I still change my item after receiving the shipping email confirmation?
Unfortunately, no. All items that have left our warehouse are final and not changeable.
-What do I do if I have received a damaged item?
If you have received a damaged item, please let us know immediately by contacting us and send us a snapshot of the damaged item with your order number.
**We are not responsible for any damages caused by wear and tear, submergence into water nor if the item does not fit due to sizing reasons.
Import Taxes & Duties
-What happens if I am charged with import duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the euro amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
The store cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Christian Affection reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions. Factors which may be taken into account in the exercise of this discretion include, but are not limited to: Any use or enjoyment that you may have already had out of the Goods; Any discounts that may have formed part of the purchase price of the Goods to reflect any lack of quality made known to the Customer at the time of purchase. Such discretion to be exercised only within the confines of the law.
